　　The SMG-SF series is a new generation of brushless CNC electric torque wrenches, this series adopts a new generation of brushless motors, no carbon brushes, maintenance free, more durable, connecting to standard electric power can start to work, and meet the needs of high precision, high strength as well as safe work.

　　The SMG-SF series utilizes a planetary gear reduction system with a high power output ratio.

　　The SMG-SF series uses a color control panel to precisely set torque, and provides users with smooth and continuous torque control output through a high-performance digital control module. High accuracy of ±4% and angle function is supported.

　　Precise torque:

　　● Solve the sparking problem of brushed motor in principle, the machine can run efficiently and stably, and extend the service life of carbon brushes to a greater extent.

　　● Stable torque output, not easily affected by voltage fluctuations and long distance cables, suitable for construction site applications.

　　● Precise torque control: built-in sensor closed-loop control. Accuracy of 5%, repeatability of 2%.

　　Intelligent control:

　　● Digital display: real-time display of torque, revolutions and laps.

　　● Arbitrary torque setting: torque digital 1Nm adjustment and display of torque and wrench work status parameters with double overload protection, electronic torque control system and torque overload clutch design, effectively improve the service life of transmission components and carbon brushes

　　● Torque range can be set to any value within the range of torque

　　● gear adjustment: intelligent programming, can set the common torque value of N gears, convenient and fast operation

　　● Two working modes: torque + angle mode

　　● Fault alarm: motor overheating alarm, system fault alarm, operation error LED flashing alarm.

　　● Upper limit torque automatic stop function: When the upper limit torque is exceeded, the system will set the automatic stop function.

　　● Classified management: password input management for level 1, 2 and 3 administrators.
